Trio of Chocolate Mousse Tart

Crust

1 packet Moir’s Tea Lovers Chocolate biscuits

100-125ml melted butter (sufficient to line two Hulamin containers. The crust can be frozen in the Hulamin container ready for when required.)

 

Filling

100g chopped marshmallows

1 tin chilled Ideal milk (leave in fridge overnight)

80g dark chocolate

20g white chocolate

15ml Nachtmusiek chocolate liqueur (optional)

 

Cut marshmallows into small pieces and break up the chocolate.

Place 50ml of the chilled Ideal milk into a saucepan and add the marshmallows and chocolate pieces. Melt over a low heat, stirring till smooth. Stir in the Nachtmusiek chocolate liqueur (optional) and set aside. Beat the remaining chilled Ideal milk until stiff and fold into the melted chocolate mixture. Pour chocolate mousse mixture into the prepared biscuit crust. Place tart in the fridge to set overnight before serving decorate with flaked chocolate pieces.
