The 33 years of association between Tongaat Hulett and Hulamin ended in style as the two organizations bid farewell to each other on the 3rd of August 2007. Even though the companies have formerly parted ways through the unbundling process, Tongaat Hulett and Hulamin share a strong history and will remain ‘good friends'. The CEOs of both companies also exchanged "thank you" gifts to mark this historical day.
