Hulamin, together with other South African organizations, recently participated in the Business Trust Long Run which started in Hoedspruit and ended in KwaMashu on 3 August 2007. The Long Run trails 21 places in the country where 10 million of the poorest South Africans live and this year it was used to attract investment to these areas. A team of 10 employees from the Hulamin Athletics Club came together in true Hulamin spirit and participated in the Howick to KwaMashu leg of the Long Run, braving the weather on a cold Friday morning.
